Clonaneese Presbyterian Church, Co Tyrone

Extension Size: 860 sqft

Criteria: The brief was to bring the church up to modern standards in terms of disabled access and general accessibility in line with the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA). The brief also called for a new front porch and a rear extension to accommodate a new choir room and offices. We liaised closely with the listed building branch of the Northern Ireland Environment Agency to ensure that the project design was sensitive to the original building.
