Criteria: This new house is in a Neo-Georgian style with extensive attention to detail reflecting the period of the original house that is being replaced. It has been designed in a restrained character with the main entrance to the house being off the rear annex and courtyard. The house has two distinct aspects, firstly the public courtyard car-parking and entrance front, and secondly the private garden rear. The garden side has all of the social and family spaces overlooking it linked along a series of interconnecting rooms.
