Affordable Zero Energy Housing

The new modular Ultra-low energy house as collaboratively designed and constructed by Setanta is a ground-breaking project in terms of its sustainability. This house is to Passivhaus standard as well as being constructed from low embodied energy materials. This makes the house compliant with the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge targets in terms of Operational energy, embodied energy and Health and wellbeing.
