Criteria: Dungannon Enterprise Centre first approached us wanting to convert vacant commercial premises into a number of small start-up business units. We were asked to come up with proposals using re-purposed shipping containers. The small modular nature of the new units encourages the new tenants to use the common areas to network and develop new ideas with fellow entrepreneurs.
