Criteria: This Classical house with many original period details has been largely retained in our design. Our brief was to extend and renovate this house so that it would be a focus of the existing courtyard and create a new family home. The orientation of the house meant that an Orangery would be appropriate to the South facing Courtyard. The new orangery creates a space for dining and linking the existing kitchen with the front room. The living kitchen and dining spaces are now focused on the garden and courtyard allowing for sunlight and fantastic views over Lough Neagh.
